We pride ourselves on offering service 24/7 and strive to provide same-day service whenever possible. Prior commitments and distance are taken into consideration when scheduling all work. That said, we take our customer commitment seriously and stay in constant contact with you regarding the status of your service call.

A West-Pak employee answers all service calls, not a call center.

Under our rental program all service is provided. Equipment maintenance programs are also available.
